With just about everything she does, Chef Gillian Clark seeks perfection.  Her crab cakes were good.  She'd been making them for 15 years.  But then on a trip hunting for old wooden boats she stumbled into a little crab shack in Rock Hall, Maryland.  The Kent County delicacy of fresh super lump with not much else blew her mind and inspire

Take a bite.  There's not much in that crab cake other than jumbo and super lump crab meat.  Our sides are served seasonally from ingredients we curate from local farms.
